Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs declaration for import and export shipments via SMK system and AEO system (K1,K2,AEO,ETC) Ensure accuracy all data in customs documentation. Check all the document provide by customer services and customer for declarations. Submit SMK and MYcieds system. Follow up on customs approval. Support the team by delegating daily tasks and ensuring submission of customs documents in a timely manner. Update the Daily report. Coordinate closely with the customs runner to monitor clearance status and ensure all tasks are completed before deadliness. Close file and pass to billing team once shipment complete. Take on additional tasks as required to support departmental operations and performance if required by HOD.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or SPM At least 1 year experience in industry Experience in K1,K2,K3,DG,ZB declarations Familiar with port system (Northport and Westport) Experience in Dagangnet system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
