Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers including local sales and overseas agents.
Assist in managing vendor relationships including services rates and performance standards across shipping lines, co-loaders, transports, project cargo handlers, fumigation services, custom clearance, and cross border trucking.
Monitor and ensure service levels and customer service performance are consistently maintained.
Support initiatives to improve manpower competency and system effectiveness,
Contribute to business development efforts and overall company growth.
Requirement
At least 3 years of professional experience in the forwarding or shipping industry.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or logistics or an equivalent field.
