Key Responsibilities
Highlight / escalate customer feedback to relevant department and always ensure delivery of a quality response
Understand the key processes and have the ability to recommend solutions or alternative to deliver good customer service
Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets. Write copy that is clear, concise and grammatically correct
Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
Experience with web mark-up language and search engine optimization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Actively participate in team, unit and department activities that inculcates close team relationship among the teammates; regularly contributes ideas for work and workplace improvement.
Job Holder Requirements
Active listening skills, passionate about people and driven to delight every customer
Diplomatic and tactful, analytical and innovative, a team player and a multi-tasker, confident and able to communicate with people of all levels.
Strong phone etiquette with ability to maintain a positive countenance when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel
Excellent in written and verbal English and Malay writing skills and phone etiquette
Must be flexible to work on shift hours and on Weekdays, Saturday and Public Holiday
Education/Qualifications
Malaysian citizen
Diploma/ Degree in any field of study; and/or with related working experience
Experience
2 years and above work experience in customer support via email, social media response and live chat
