POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYEnsure the overall landscape planning and maintenance packages awarded are achieved in order to reserve the original desired concept for KLIA and other related areas on horticulture to support MAAH\'s business activities.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Assisting on overall landscape maintenance packages awarded by other subsidiaries of MAHB by scheduling and executing of works in accordance to the programmes and company policy base on area assigned.
• Prepare proposal/presentation for marketing strategy on landscape packages.
• Address the landscape /horticulture inputs to the personnel key staff regularly to achieve the common goals.
• Analyze the overall achievements for further service quality enhancement.
• Vendor (Collaboration Partners) Management.
• Organize meeting, briefing or site visit with MAAH\'s landscape clients.
• Responsible in general administration and finance for the respective area.
• Operational responsibility as and when instructed by the Management.
• Provide support in other jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.

Key Challenges

• Supervise & manage foreign workers who are not aware of the company\'s terms and regulations of works, procedure, statutory requirement etc.
• Monitoring and measurement of process; analytical, knowledge, systematic approach and integrity are vital components to achieve good results.

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge on landscape and other related activities.
• Independent and strong communication background related to government bodies.
• Knowledge in basic accounting, labor law and Immigration act.
• Experience in landscaping design is an added advantage.

EducationEXTERNAL

• Degree preferably with specialization in Agriculture/ Landscape Management
