Job Responsibilities
Maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, public area, front of the house and back of the house.
Lead a team of multinational housekeeping attendants to continuously improve cleanliness and productivity.
Handling guest complaint and feedbacks.
Responsible on par level, incoming, outgoing, ordering stocks.
Plan and schedule proper staffing accordingly for all special events as in conventions, groups, VIP's.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure that acceptable standards are met with local and state regulations.
Train and oversees employee compliance with proper standards regarding proper usage and dilution of chemical products, equipment safety and usage.
Devise daily deployment of housekeepers based on hotel occupancy, arrivals and departures.
Maintain and document all personal and departmental documents pertaining to the housekeeping department.
Acknowledge budget and payroll guidelines to ensure that each area of responsibility operates within established cost while providing maximum service.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
Monitor and act on special requests as needed.
