Requirements: -
1. Diploma/ certificate in hospitality or related field.
2. Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaning professional.
3. Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
4. Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
7. Must be able to communicate effectively by writing, telephone and personal meeting situations.
8. Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities: -
1. Schedule and supervise the work of all cleaning staff, assigning tasks and checking completed work for quality.
2. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas to ensure they meet established standards of cleanliness.
3. Investigate complaints about housekeeping service and take corrective action as necessary.
4. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order new supplies as needed.
5. Evaluate the performance of cleaning staff on a regular basis and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of work.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel manager.
