Tenbex Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (TESB) is an engineering company established in 2004 with offices and workshops across West and East Malaysia. TESB is licensed by PETRONAS as a service contractor/vendor for oil companies operating in Malaysia. With a team of experienced personnel from various oil and gas companies, TESB specializes in rotating equipment maintenance and aims to be the preferred business partner for O&G specialized maintenance and special product/material supply.

Role Description

The HR Generalist Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant HR experience (depending on level). Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
