Core responsibilities:

Accountable for the smooth running of entire payroll processes including the proper capturing of data at HRM system.
Accountable for the monthly payroll processes for Assistants, Supervisors, Trainees and the job level below according to the pre-determined deadlines.
Accountable to analysis the payroll related reports and recommend possible solutions to management.
Accountable for continuous improvement of the entire payroll work system and the development of people in the team.

Job Specifications:

Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant studies.
Preferable candidates with at least one (1) year of working experience in processing payroll. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Meticulous and attention to detail.
Highly responsible and high sense of confidentiality.
Able to work under minimum supervision and deal with deadlines.
