Job Description

1. Ensure that all HCD programme participants are placed in industries where the working condition and compensation package meet the requirements of the stakeholders. 2. Execute all marketing initiatives to guarantee that each programme\'s intended outcome is achieved. 3. Reviewing the progress and success of marketing plans, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary 4. Develop and maintaining the relationships with industries by responding to all of their enquiries on the related matter. 5. Actively search for relevant industries that could host job placement for Human Capital Development (HCD) programmes for both executives and non-executives, such as Industry Certification Engineering \xe2\x80\x94 Digital Engineering Prototyping /(ICE-DEP) and Industry Led Professional Certificate Programme (IPC), by having to put the team\'s marketing plans into action. 6. Regularly follow up with all potential industries in order to raise their awareness of HCD initiatives and boost their likelihood of becoming a partner. 7. Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of HCD team. 8. Perform other related duties and support other team members as assigned by the HOD/ DHOD for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
