To handle full spectrum of operational HR duties including recruitment, attendance, payroll data, and ISO documentation for Company.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR records and update employee database.
Track and compile data for payroll (attendance, OT, allowances, claims).
Monitor leave, medical certificates, and disciplinary issues.
Prepare ISO 9001 & 45001 documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, records).
Assist in training coordination and performance appraisals.
To perform any other duties and ad-hoc as and when required by the Management.
Keep highly Private and Confidential on all staff and company information.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent any field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related HR & Admin related fileds.
Familiar with Malaysian labor law and ISO standards.
Proficient in Excel
Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
