Job Description
:Purchase Requisition and Invoice Processing * Invoice processing via prepare payment thru RFAH @ GEPS for invoice, quotation & request form received from user / department.
- Entertain enquiry / issue highlighted related to request form / quotation / invoice from user / department
- To liaise with GSP team regarding any issue related to purchase request / order / system
- General administration task & duty
- To liaise with Group Admin for new items request
- Depends on requirement & project timeline
- Preparing department monthly report
- Project monitoring
