Strategy and Planning

• Sorting out parcels and application received from customer / sales and update in system.
• To review documentation provide by customer / sales to do screening according to company sector for documentation as different company sector require different type of set of documentations.
• To perform signature verification against customer application and bank system.
• To maintain correct pricing for customer who entitle for campaign promotion.
• Verify, Authorize and Process Regional Transaction Banking Application (RTB) application registration based on information from related systems or physical instruments accurately and within SLA.
• Manage and arrange the delivery of the RTB Registration related documents or products to customers efficiently.
• Manage and follow-up with Clients and Sales Team on necessary required information and issue related matter via email or tele conversation.
• Plan, manage and monitor the supply chain of the RTB application related products to ensure adequate stock balance.
• Prepare and review month-end or ad hoc management reports as and when required.
• Verify, authorize and process payments accurately and promptly based on information from various channels or communications instruments.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality external and internal customers experience.
• Implement new strategies and processes to support the expanding business.
• Initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule and standard operation procedure.
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
