KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate with development team and ICT staff to set specifications for new applications
- Fix the problems arising across the trial stages and continuously improves the quality of deliverables
- Develop a database system and mobile apps using GIS as a platform that meet the needs and requirements of Land Management
- Responsible on application design, web authoring, and GIS scripting
- Perform advanced database management and custom application development
- Required high level in programming and related technical skills in developing database system using GIS
- Bachelor in Geomatics Engineering / Science Geoinformatics / Computer Sciences or any other relevant disciplines recognized by Malaysian Institution
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in GIS, Programming & Web / Mobile Apps development
- Able to guide subordinate
- Demonstrating ethics
- Increasing capacity to learn
