KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Leading Northern Region (Miri, Limbang and Lawas) local Corporate Business Support (CBS) team for the followings:
1. Ensure overall efficient and effective operation of administrative functions and support to Station/Regional Offices and external stakeholders.
2. Effective Tenancy Management for staff rented house, company owned quarters and commercial property.
3. Timely preparation of management papers, progress report, SAP reports within agreed timeline.
4. Leading local CBS team to support stakeholders in digitisation project (sort to identify into difference categories of documents - critical document to scan and uploads in TEAMS and digitalized; uncritical documents for disposal purpose).
5. Manage and coordinating events especially on Loyalty Service Award and Retirement Gifts preparation and coordination works at respective event location and events held by Station/Regional Office.
6. Timely preparation of RFP/tender/quotation documents for floating, evaluation, recommendation, and presentation of recommendation.
7. Managing of canteen operation, contract and payment.
8. Identify issue and provide input/solution including introduction of continuous improvement and cost optimisation to the existing CBS process and practice.
9. Ensure strict adherence \'Standard Operating Procedures\' and \'Policies, Procedures & Guides\' enhance processes as and when necessary.
10. Assist in compilation, monitor/control and reporting within approved budget, schedule and scope for KPI.
11. Compliance with Corporate design, quality, HSE & EIA requirements and participate in TQM, 5S and safety activities.
12. Perform any other works as assigned by Line Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields from a recognized University/College with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Diploma with minimum 8 years relevant working experience.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
