Job Description



Industrial Relations

  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues, performance management, grievance and absence management
  • Coordinate disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as conduct domestic inquiries
  • Provide support, information, and assistance in response to a wide variety of inquiries related to all aspects of IR from departmental staffs, in response to internal and external requests
  • Draft documents including but not limited to employer proposals, letters, memos, and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the industrial relations team including prepare and maintain records for all aspects of IR in accordance with corporate guidelines
Employee Performance
  • Assist in preparing the Performance Improvement Plan for employee
  • Align with employee, departmental, company strategic goals and company values
  • Conduct and evaluate PIP scientifically & measurable
  • Keep track on the PIP status to ensure that the process is on track and maintain the record for PIP
Others
  • Conduct Inspection and audit for hostel unit in accordance with Act 446
  • Liaise with respective departments on the hostel related matters including hostel amenities
  • Provide administrative support on hostel related tasks including preparing inventory list for hostel and maintain the records for tenant lists
  • Assist in handling foreign employee related matters including disciplinary issues, welfare, maintaining records etc
  • Responsible in entertain any government request such as labour department, immigration, MIDA etc
  • Able to perform ad hoc task as assigned by superior or management by time to time
Job Requirement
  • Possess at least a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Law / Legal studies or equivalent qualifications
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in IR or foreign worker management will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
  • Able to travel whenever required
  • Willing to work in HQ office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
