Core Responsibilities

1. System Operations and Support

Ensure the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Inflight Sales System (e.g., SoftPOS/Fasspos) across the entire fleet. Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Tier-2 support) for cabin crew regarding system issues and usage.

2. Content, Data Integrity, and Performance

Oversee the deployment and accuracy of all digital content, including the inflight menu, product pricing, and sales promotions. Monitor daily sales data integrity, manage inventory synchronization with catering/warehouse logistics, and ensure accurate revenue reporting. Liaise with IT, commercial teams, and external vendors to test, implement, and upgrade system features. Analyze post-flight data to track system uptime, transaction success rates, and identify areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Supply Chain). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Proven experience with inventory management and data analysis tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and operational crew.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
