:

Innovation Coach role requires problem-solving, solutions-oriented mindset with a penchant to challenge the status quo. Flexible, adaptable and can envision innovative digital-first solutions. Passionate about transforming people to create positive social impact and thrive on advocating new technologies as solution while being able to articulate complex things for easy-to-understand audience.

• Lead & coach high performing, multidisciplinary teams via agile and scrum practices
• Identify key design opportunities based on field insights and stimulus for maximum social impact.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within teams and across practice areas.
• Produce insightful recommendations backed by data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years working experience in innovation / business / IT or Digital landscape.
• Certification in project delivery and/or coaching will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholder.
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and product trends
• Hyper-focused on business value and can foresee variety of pathways a potential idea can take
• Ability to support logic with facts and keeping an open mind to allow potential ideas to grow
• Forward thinking and adaptive to dynamic situation
