Prepare company performance tracker on regular basis by ensuring data accuracy and quality
Provide analytical and valuable insights to support decision making for key projects and management
Work closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze and interpret trends and patterns through available data sources
Collect, interpret and communicate industry, competitor and market trends from primary and secondary sources (Internal data, vendor\'s data, govt. statistics etc.)
Provide coordination in research projects i.e. qualitative and quantitative studies with agencies ensuring a smooth end to end implementation and addressing key objectives.
Proactively identifying opportunities to deepen insights using further analysis and leveraging on Nielsen data or any syndicated data
Optimization of reporting/ dashboards to enable productive ongoing reporting of company and market performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Economics/ Computer Science
At least 1 year working experience, preferably with market research / FMCG/ retail background.
Data savvy, passionate about category management & shopper behavior
Required language(s): Fluent in English & Bahansa Melayu with strong communication skills; Chinese (optional)
Enjoy dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and ability to breakdown complex problems in a structured and clear manner
Result-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
