Assist in setting up and implementing IFM processes, SOPs, and reporting systems.
Coordinate daily operations for client sites, ensuring smooth delivery of cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and other FM services.
Monitor service performance and escalate issues promptly
2) VENDOR COORDINATION
Source and liaise with vendors across multiple service categories at short notice.
Support negotiations of service agreements, quotations, and performance benchmarks
Maintain a database of vendors and contractors for rapid mobilization.
3) CLIENT INTERACTION
Act as the first point of contact for client requests and feedback
Prepare service reports, presentations, and proposals for client reviews
Support the Division Manager (or senior management) in managing the prospective key account
4) MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Conduct basic market research on IFM services and pricing trends in Malaysia.
Assist in developing new IFM product offerings tailored to the local market.
Contribute ideas for cost-effective and innovative solutions.
