Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities -Responsible for the month-end closing and reporting process for overseas subsidiaries. -To work closely with all subsidiaries in ensuring a timely and quality reporting of monthly financials including journal postings, prompt submission of relevant reports to the Management.-Ensure that all accruals and prepayments are posted accurately into the accounting system.-Managing account receivables and payables for overseas company under his/her supervision.-Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies, irregularities and to prepare and liaise with auditors and tax consultant for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns.-Liaise with respective Country Head/CEO on respective business activities for each subsidiary.-Contributes ideas for the continuous improvement of the work practices, processes, and tool.-Liaise with the team member in HQ, including other departments i.e Group Consolidation team, Financial -Reporting (Domestic), Business Development, Hardware Management, and Data Processing Team in ensuring a proper recording of information and financial data.-Assist in establishing and updating policies, procedures and operating manuals.-Perform another ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management. Required Skills-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional Qualifications (ACCA, MIA, CPA, and etc).-Experienced at least 1 to 2 years in full set of account, financial reporting, audit, taxation and etc will be necessary. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.-Proficient in information systems development ie; MYOB, ABSS, Xero and etc.-Good foundation in accounting standards, MFRS. -High interest and passionate with account management. -Able to work independently and a team player. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
