Job Description

Provide Technical Support Services on ICT Infrastructure, Wintel Servers (physical and virtual), cloud services, email services and maintenance according to the Services Level Agreement (SLA)Identify, testing and developing technology Wintel servers, cloud services, networks and communication technologies for the use of company and Group of companies in order for the IT Group level are relevant according to companies' requirementsPlanning and monitoring all new setup and projects in customers' place or within the company.Solving server and communication issues logged by customers to Helpdesk from day to day; and provide regular reports to IT
Manager on issues relating to the ICT infrastructure service support operation.Perform patching activity, harderning remediation for servers.
