Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, deploy, and manage network devices and systems including: Cisco routers and firewalls Level 1-3 switches (including QoS switches) Bluecoat bandwidth management appliances Sangfor AIM, Peplink Link Load Balancer Wireless networks, LAN/WAN, VOIP, GPON networks Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of network systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Perform regular system and security updates to ensure optimal network security. Handle network-related support requests, incidents, and problem resolution. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical network problems and develop permanent solutions. Manage a network infrastructure supporting 500-1000 nodes across multiple business units. Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures. Assist with the design and planning of future network architecture to support business growth and technology upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or similar. Experience with GPON, Bluecoat appliances, and bandwidth optimization tools.
