Job Description

Provide daily technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Liaise with vendors/suppliers for IT-related problem resolution. Monitor, investigate, and resolve computer, network, and server connectivity issues. Maintain IT infrastructure manuals and system guidelines. Assist in IT audits, ISO certifications, and compliance activities. Perform periodic hardware, software, and server audits. Monitor and improve IT system security and policies. Keep up to date with developments in information technology. Prepare ICT reports and analysis as required. Adhere to company rules, regulations, and quality assurance standards. Undertake other tasks assigned by the company as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience. Strong knowledge of: Network setup User hardware, servers, and video conferencing Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Infra-hardware (server, firewall) Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000-1 / ISO/IEC 20000-2018 standards. Skills in system infrastructure (SAP, Bossnet) and call-centre hardware/software. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
