Company : Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Job Purpose: To lead shopfloor production team in meeting production target as set by production planning department. To ensure SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment) measurables are being meet. To coordinate personnel between the various department for process and parts validation during new model introduction. To control the quality and executing defect during model introduction. To assist and implement the cost reduction and as well as any KAIZEN programs. To study line layout for new model introduction and process methodology to ensure the production efficiency. To ensure that the assembly or production Work Instruction (WI) are established and up to date for all vehicle models. To participate with various supporting department and to develop good communication networks to ensure smooth production activities during any new model introduction before mass production. Job Requirement: Basic degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering related areas essential. At least two years\' experience in Automotive Industry. Familiar with production cycle time, Engineering Specification & Tooling specification. Good negotiation skills, strategic planning, team orientation & team player. About us : Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby Hyundai Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea , and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
