Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and renewal negotiations to achieve higher occupancy rate & rental revenue.
  • Handle new & renewal tenancy administration related matters.
  • Update tenant\'s info and tenancy details in Timberline system.
  • Liaise with Lawyer on preparation of TA & Litigation.
  • Liaise with other related departments on any arising issues.
  • Aware/understand SOPs & any other duties assign by superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Related or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communications.
  • Have good negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work at Kulai.
