Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and renewal negotiations to achieve higher occupancy rate & rental revenue.
- Handle new & renewal tenancy administration related matters.
- Update tenant\'s info and tenancy details in Timberline system.
- Liaise with Lawyer on preparation of TA & Litigation.
- Liaise with other related departments on any arising issues.
- Aware/understand SOPs & any other duties assign by superior.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Related or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Good communications.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Willing to work at Kulai.
