Coordinate with Stock Controller on vehicles transfer arrangement between Agent to Agent locations for Region 1
Compile & prepare trucking list as well as coordinate with 3rd party logistic service provider on trucking arrangement.
Additional Logistic Arrangements
Coordinate with Service Provider on special vehicles movements due to events & special requirements where required (Marketing-related events/ VTA/ Training etc).
Ensuring all special/ additional arrangements are not affecting normal requirements/ daily capacity requirements of routine movements
Document management & system updates
Update SWT status & ensure agents conduct status update in system in a timely manner based on assigned vehicle movements
Ensure that necessary documents for vehicle movements e.g. Delivery Note (DN) are prepared and copies are kept safely for future reference/ audit purposes.
Reporting
Prepare daily report on vehicles movement (CKD &CBU)
Prepare monthly stock count report (CKD & CBU)
Prepare Service Provider Performance report (daily & monthly) & discuss with stakeholders on performance improvement plans.
Other Related Tasks
Managing and fulfilling ad-hoc tasks assignment by superior where required.
Support continuous improvement culture within the organization through consistent efforts to improve efficiency & work quality.
Ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance to ISO 9001:2005 requirements & guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Direct experience on logistics-related topics - transporter management, customs- & port-related processes, inbound & outbound movement operations
Inventory & supply chain management systems & method
Highly proficient and efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
ERP system knowledge, e.g SAP System is essential
Automotive-related policies & customs act related knowledge will be an advantage
Good communication & problem solving skills, agile & proactive
