  • Acts as Personal Assistant to Senior Vice President Corporate Services in managing all administrative affairs.
  • Acts as first line of contact for Senior Vice President in responding to enquiries and routing correspondence.
  • Supports Senior Vice President in the monitoring and tracking of BSC progress and outcomes.
  • Maintains Senior Vice President\'s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, travel, and other appointments.
  • Prepares Senior Vice President\'s travelling requests and claims through SAP Concur. Liaises with hotels, travel agents and transport regulators on accommodation, flights, and transportation.
  • Supports Senior Vice President in the preparation and monitoring of budget. Makes small purchases when required and processes payments.
  • Drafts, formats, and compiles documents including letters, memos, minutes of meeting, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Files papers, correspondence and other documentation for records and reference.
  • Supports Senior Vice President in managing all internal and external stakeholders. Plans and organises activities and engagements.
  • Ensures that all the Senior Vice President activities are in line with Company PPGs.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any field (recognised by Malaysia Education Department) or relevant qualification with at least 2-4 years working experience in a role related to Sarawak Energy\'s business or in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Having experience in procurement and being able to analyse will be very useful competencies for the incumbent.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in other language(s) will be an advantage.
Preference will be given to internal candidate.
