Responsibilities - Handling tour bookings - Prepare quotation, travel, itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers - Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority - Communicating with suppliers & service providers - Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries - Keeping track on documentation, payments - Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service - Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers - Professionally handle high volume of inquiries - Recommend improvements on tour operation post tours via feedback - Negotiating and closing deals - Dealing efficiently with guests - Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required - Accountable for meeting individual and departmental group KPI - Post information, file documents and maintain paper and computer records management/file systems - Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations - Work with superior and team to create new opportunities for growth - Handle unforeseen problems and complaints Requirements - 2 Years Experience in holidays and travel industry - A track record of sales and coordination for inbound and domestic tour industry - Bahasa Melayu/English fluency (communication skills) - Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service - Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations - Computer knowledge (MS Office) - Willing to travel - Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task - Good in creativity, fast-paced, detail-oriented and capability for multi-tasking - Ability to work independently
