1. Plan and implement the yearly operational plan consist of number of tenders, direct award and price agreement through proper execution of manpower supply activities in order to supply sufficient and effective manpower as per business requirement. 2. Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames with relevant legislation. 3. Accountable to ensure all statutory payments are made in compliance with local regulatory requirements e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and Income Tax as per company guideline and policy. 4. Advise and provide consultation with regards to staff benefits such as travelling reimbursement and medical claims through email and discussion to ensure the practice and documentations in line with the established procedures and guideline. 5. Check and verify invoice from clients through using SAP HRIS and report submission to ensure timely payment and avoid outstanding medical payment in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 6. Establish good rapport and network with customers, suppliers, vendors and partners through regular engagements and visits in order to sustain long term business relationship, company credibility and reputation. Requirements: - Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. - Minimum 1 years working experience in related field. - Experiences Recruitment in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
