Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for sales of balance stocks/completed projects and newly launched projects; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and organise sales launches, roadshows and promotional events and other related marketing campaigns and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple online and offline mediums; \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct project analysis, market survey, feedback on market needs and latest trend in market; \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the process of loan documents, including liaising with solicitors, end-financiers and purchasers on Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA); \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle day to day sales administrative activities up to delivery of vacant possession and customer relations; \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to customer\'s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively; \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market survey to keep track of marketing trends and pricing; \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide assistance in all other sales enquiries, sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required; \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with existing prospects to ensure the monthly sales target is achieved; \xe2\x80\xa2 Build good rapport with purchasers and property agents; \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A graduate with Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position; \xe2\x80\xa2 Requires sound knowledge of work flow for completing the sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations; \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player, result driven, self-motivated, ambitious and able to work independently; \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses a valid driving license; \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to converse Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin; \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays (if required); \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
