This is an aviation services and facilities management company, providing operation services of 24/7 operations coordination facilities. They are an innovative and forward-thinking company with ambitious plan to expand their business portfolio. The company are experiencing some exciting growth, and have ambitious plans to expand in the new year. Currently they are recruiting for an Event Marketing and Business development professional to form part of their marketing team to generate new leads and awareness and increase sales opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
The main job objective of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
The role is to provide marketing and lead generation support across a range of business support programs.
As Event Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will provide support to Event Senior Manager ensuring smooth preparation of and running of corporate events/exhibitions/trade fairs within the premises.
Scope and duties:
- The role will involve development and planning, designing and execution/delivering marketing awareness.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination and on-site management.
- Assist in implementing company\'s event campaigns strategy across multichannel platforms by utilizing various marketing channels such as digital marketing and industry events to raise awareness and generate leads.
- To analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Malaysian, Male or female.
- Possess minimum a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Event Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development/marketing with event organizing role.
- Required language: English, BM and Mandarin.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Occasion traveling is required.
