Alloy Advertising Sdn Bhd, a member of MTD Group is looking for an EXECUTIVE, MARKETING & SALES to be stationed at the Head Office, Menara MTD, Jalan Batu Caves. The Responsibilities The responsibilities include but not limited to the following: A. Market & Secure New Sales To approach new prospects by phone calls and emails. To appointments & presentation to Clients by preparing proposals / quotations. To co-ordinate with the marketing clerk in sales kit preparation. To negotiate on costing / quotation with Head of Department. To follow up with clients after presentation and site recee with clients. To prepare & proof read new agreements/contracts. To liaise with development department during construction of new structures, production, installation, etc. B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients To service clients on queries, complaints, breakdowns of lighting, etc. To liaise with development department regarding complaints / breakdowns. To prepare formal / informal letters to reply Clients inquieries / complaints. To fulfill clients queries / reasonable demands. To provide photo proofs (days and nights) to clients upon in-charge. To follow up on payments, entertain clients when required. And other responsibilities as instructed by the Manager of Company. Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field. 1 years experience in related field. Knowledge and exposure in Outdoor Advertising Business is an advantage.
