Job Purpose:

The incumbent will work closely with all members of the team and operations considering how the system functions, who has access and lead on the source, location and access to content data on-premise screens. He will work closely with operations to ensure appropriate technical support and will be the one of the key- contact across the resort to ensure we maintain an effective CMS and equipment are in working order.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and act as the deputy head of multimedia team
• Manage, collaborate and discuss with consultants and technical teams on technical areas that can improve productivity, efficiency and software performance which are not limited to the following channels:

• IPTV and resort-wide screens (close to 3,000 screens resort-wide)
• Wonderwall (Coolux channels)
• Trend-D
• Wayfinding
• Multimedia and On-site Screen Management

• Management and Liaison

• Project management and scheduling for advertising and promotions (A&P) screens
• SkySymphony performance scheduling (working with Theme Park AV team)

• Contract Management

• SOW and Service Agreements
• Finance & Purchasing matters - Purchase Requisition & Payment Management
• Content Management

• Weekly Digital Content Meeting
• Co-ordination

• Update content into resort-wide digital screens using Scala application
• Update content for wonderwall using Coolux CMS application
• Update content into IPTV channels
• Tag advertisement videos and message crawlers into Trend-D casino display systems
• Technical

• Create and edit multimedia videos
• Provide technical support related to plasma/TV screens/wayfinding screens and troubleshoot issues related to screen black out, error messages on screen and other technical issues and covering a wide range of locations which include:

• SkyCasino
• Genting Casino
• Premium Gaming Rooms
• All Hotels from Crockfords, Genting Grand to First World Hotel
• Theme Parks (Skytropolis)
• Shopping Malls including SkyAvenue, First World Plaza and Awana SkyCentral

• General public areas (like the Giant LED screen at Car Park, walkway, etc)
• Maintain equipment to ensure that it functions properly.
• Quickly and effectively troubleshoot broadcast transmissions problems.
• Conduct functional and operational testing procedures to ensure quality performance of broadcast products.
• Work with IT or engineering to test and integrate new systems if required.
• Be the one of the main points of contact with the CMS for all areas of support and attend to technical support priorities.
• Regularly review server and/or CMS logs for issues and create jobs for Vendor or fix. Keep a log of major issues and report to the CMS vendor or hardware supplier.
• Work with the team and operations to ensure proper governance and compliance with SOP regulations, legislation and best practice.
• To ensure that the content is consistent and error-free across digital platforms.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the position.
• Carry out regular process inspection and check on site premise and report to supervisor on any quality matters.
• Assist in any assigned ad-hoc task.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.

Experience and qualification requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma qualification in Multimedia/ Graphic Designed
• Preferably with 2 years relevant experience
• Have managed and maintained CMS platforms on large scale in previous roles or any broadcast experience will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate both written and verbal English/BM.
• Computer literate
• Experience in programming equipment and editing video will be added advantage.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
