Manage SME Banking (SME) lending/non lending products performance including sales performance and KPI tracking, processes, and procedures, system enhancement for sales process and arranging training for sales.
To deliver key revenue lines by providing a holistic value proposition of all SME product programs, ie. onboarding experience, product bundling, automated processing, overall customer experience and etc.
Setting target, KPI, product incentive and qualifier including handling of fulfilment for campaigns. To run campaigns to drive sales momentum for selling the products and also to track sales performances towards the target given.
Leads and referral Management.
To ensure sales SOP align with the Bank\'s policies & procedures.
To support sales in the areas of product knowledge, processes & procedures and revert to them on a timely basis.
To support sales activities, event, leads & referral management and training.
Take part in Forward23 initiatives to support/drive SME Banking MY\'s Forward23 aspiration.
To conduct ad-hoc SME Banking MY business initiatives and projects.
