Job Description

The Production Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. This role involves coordinating between various departments, managing production schedules, and implementing operational improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Production Planning and Management:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate raw materials and supplies Implement and maintain production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Track production output and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and other relevant industry standards Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements

Team Coordination & Supervision:

Supervise and guide production staff to ensure efficient task completion Conduct briefings and training sessions for production team members Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity Work with management to develop cost-effective production strategies Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities

Inventory & Resource Management:

Track raw material usage and finished goods inventory Coordinate with supply chain team to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure proper storage and handling of materials according to guidelines

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and submit production reports, KPI dashboards, and operational updates

Maintain accurate records of production activities, incidents, and deviations

Document and report any production issues or delays to management

Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required by regulatory bodies

Health, Safety & Environment

Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and policies

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in production areas

Lead and coordinate safety training programs for all production staff

Promote and maintain a culture of safety awareness and best practices

Investigate and document workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses

Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize safety risks

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff

Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and waste management procedures

Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct safety drills

Liaise with relevant authorities on health, safety, and environmental matters

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production operations or manufacturing environment Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industries is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
