What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Able to work in Petaling Jaya area.
  • Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and hardworking.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia\'s Future?
  • Key in invoice, stock transfer, outbound and fulfilment, and other documents as required.
  • Assist clerical and administrative tasks that are given.
  • Provide feedback on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist any operational tasks in daily management.
  • Manage inventory and supply orders as required.
  • Understand the nature of business and its operation tasks.
  • Perform stock take and ensure stock balance are correct in regular basis.
  • Ensure e-commerce operation are well managed.
  • Assist in solving operational issue.
  • Be independent and proactive.
  • Assist in Ad-hoc task as required.
