Job description \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle day-to-day Operation Planning tasks at state level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Operation and Contract Admin (for contractors) on updated schedule, updating of I-Jadual/Inventory, full privatization application and implementation and other related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous liaison with GIS State to update inventory data, check changes of data in PDIB and update the necessary in I-Jadual or manual schedule (for VO). \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare work claims (Tuntutan Kerja), update on the changes of inventory data/ contactor tagging/ BD25/ VO or anything related information and submitted to State Finance, Operation and Contracts Admin for verification and further processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist State Finance Department in verifying payment variances and liaise with SWCorp on the relevant matter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the operation schedule based on routes and ensure the operation schedule is verified by Operations Department before submission to SWCorp and ensure operation schedule submitted to SWCorp is accurate and update any changes in data to relevant department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare data for manpower calculation, rezoning and route planning whenever necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimization for manpower, route and vehicle based on inventory data and productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare relevant reports and data for submission to relevant departments, ie. Operations, Finance, Contract Admin, CRM etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the Management from time to time. Job Specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of people. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with hands on experience in Microsoft Office Applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in managing own works and follow up with issues/ deadline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and systematic in organizing own work processes.
