This role involves handling essential paperwork, preparing internal documents, managing regulatory submissions, and helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regulatory Support & Documentation
Prepare, track, and submit regulatory documents, especially for SIRIM applications and certifications.
Maintain proper documentation for government-related submissions and follow up on inspection timelines.
Liaise confidently with officers from SIRIM or other regulatory bodies for site visits, clarifications, and follow-ups.
2. Administrative Operations
Prepare and manage internal forms (e.g., approval, travel, payment) with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation throughout procurement workflows.
Track shipment arrivals and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
3. Internal Collaboration & Process Compliance
Serve as an administrative backbone to the CUCKOO team in all internal initiatives.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other planning-related paperwork.
Ensure smooth process flow and discipline: from form submission to audit-readiness.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Academic Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Language Proficiency:
Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malay (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Professional Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical & Management Skills:
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills -- comfortable dealing with both internal teams and external officers.
Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Others:
Full-time position.
Own transport required: occasional travel to our distribution hub or governance office is expected to support documentation and audit coordination (travel is claimable).
