Headquartered in Singapore, CapitaLandxe2x80x99s portfolio focuses on real estate investment management and real estate development, and spans across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries.Reporting to the General Manager, Business Park & Industrial (Malaysia), you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our business park and industrial developments in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru. Primary duties include:

• Addressing customerxe2x80x99 and park usersxe2x80x99 feedback and complaints
• Handle daily operation matters with vendors/contractors and park users, such as security, landscapes, cleaning, etc
• Prepare monthly reports for park management
• Process contractorsxe2x80x99 monthly billings
• Manage and maintain the common property and keep it in good condition by conducting regular inspections
• Monitoring of renovation works by operator to ensure cleanliness of the common area
• Monitor and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety requirement/regulation
• Prepare and manage park budget
• Handle procurement for park management inclusive of tender calling, awards and contractual matters
• Handle gated development service charges billing, collection and deals with late payments

Requirements

• A good Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or equivalent, with at least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 of relevant experience preferred

• Have an eye for details

• Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under a fast-paced work environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Pleasant and friendly personality
