transmission (device / apps) related topics based on the operational perspective
\xe2\x97\x8f To maintain business relationship between partners by providing resolution in a timely manner as per agreed SLA
\xe2\x97\x8f To gather feedback to better understand partner\'s pain point and providing quality resolution to maximise partner\'s experience
\xe2\x97\x8f To share knowledge or best practices to partners based on guidelines from the SOP to ensure smooth operational
\xe2\x97\x8f To share insights or informations received in regards to partner\'s concern to the relevant department(s) when deemed necessary
\xe2\x97\x8f To achieve individual monthly target set by the company as per the bonus schemeESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.\xe2\x97\x8f Candidates must possess at least a Diploma qualification in any field
\xe2\x97\x8f A minimum of 1-year prior experience in a contact centre, preferably performing outbound calls
\xe2\x97\x8f Required language(s): English (compulsory) and Malay/ Cantonese/ Mandarin/ Tagalog (based on market covered)
\xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced, high-intensity work environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Good analytical skills with a \xe2\x80\x9cthink outside of the box\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
\xe2\x97\x8f Flexible and the ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively in response
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to work on Weekends & Public Holiday
\xe2\x97\x8f Preferably with strong computer navigation skills, intermediate in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to join 4 weeks training
