Job Scope

Supplier and Customer Relationship Management. Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts and overseas partners. Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and monitor timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable. Foster and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers and customers to support efficient and uninterrupted business operations. Global Coordination with International Communication. Collaborate closely with overseas offices to support cross-border business development and customer service activities. Coordinate international efforts and align strategic objectives for designated accounts to ensure unified global business execution.

Reporting:

Prepare budgets and conduct monthly sales performance analysis for effective business tracking and decision-making.

Compliance:

Ensure all business activities comply with Malaysian laws, corporate governance standards, and the company's Code of Conduct. Perform ad-hoc tasks or other assignments as directed by immediate superiors or senior management.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business and Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Trading, preferably within international trade or supply chain. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply. Experience in SAP/ ERP will be an added Advantage. Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required. Open-minded and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic business environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset focused on delivering value to customers and stakeholders. High attention to detail, with strong follow-through, organizational skills, and time management.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
