Job Description

1. Assist Project Manager to executes, managing and controlling project implementation to ensure timely completion of each defined milestone as per scope and budget 2 .Assist the Head of PMO with implementing the project management process, standards and governance, contributing to quality reviews and coordinating activities supporting quality objectives 3. Support the Programme Management Office: tracking programme/ project deliverables and milestones; programme/project level risk and issue coordination; coordination of the regular programme/project reporting cycle; coordination of project governance arrangements; preparing post-project reviews 4. Act as a reference point and an advocate for best practices in project management 5. Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete 6. Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects 7. Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO 8. Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support, including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training 9. Assist with establishing a PMO stakeholder management plan and implementation of the communication framework 10. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels
