Perform in the sourcing of suppliers and service providers based on requirements and specifications.
Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), compare quotations, and recommend the best supplier based on price, quality, and delivery.
In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules, agreement preparation and implementation, database development, and implementation.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA), company Quality Management System (QMS), industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately in the system.
Liaise with internal departments to confirm procurement needs and delivery schedules.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Oversee logistics processes including order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and documentation
Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and customs clearance forms.
Track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and ensure prompt and accurate receipt of goods to meet project timelines
Coordinate vehicle/container bookings, liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure smooth movement of goods
Proficient in applying Incoterms 2020 in international procurement to ensure clear allocation of risks, responsibilities, and cost between buyer and seller.
Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
