POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Assist on technical aspects of projects including reviewing design, authorities liaison, construction coordination and monitoring and contract administration.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Assist in reviewing design proposal by consultant/contractor.
• Perform technical inspection and verification of the quality of work during construction and post-construction.
• Ensure clear timely liaison with the relevant personnel involved in the inspection, verification, rectification works engaged by company to ensure effective execution of job briefs.
• Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
• Accountable to comply to the approved QMS, occupational safety, health and environment standards towards meeting clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and fulfilling regulatory requirements.

Key Challenges

• To ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the predetermined time, cost and quality concurrently with the ongoing changes, requests and requirements.
