JOB DESCRIPTION
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
- Responsible for coordination of Project proper execution of planning/implementation of and defects works under construction which encompasses assisting feasibility study if required.
- Technically sound and able to understand authority\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and compliances.
- Involve in concept design, plan checking, feasibility study, tender preparation and award, and project implementation until CCC.
- To monitor the timely issuance of drawings and that the specifications are complete from Consultants and sub-contractors.
- To liaise with Clients and main contractors to ensure accurate interpretation of the Project requirements.
- To liaise with the sub-contractors and suppliers that the goods and services supplied are in conformance with the appropriate standards and specifications.
- To assist in ensuring the quality of construction at the Project Site.
- Evaluate problems promptly and apply effective problem-solving skills to resolve them.
- To attend Site Meetings and deal with architects, engineers, other consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- To liaise with Government Departments, local authorities, consultants and contractors.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure project completion within deadline and according to approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
- Attend client consultant meetings and site meetings & prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Quantity Surveyor, Account etc on any matters related to the project including SPA, launching, costing, building materials and specification.
- Responsible for stage completion billing and ensuring architect certification is on time.
- To perform any other ad -hoc duties as required by the Management.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
- Preferably minimum 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Executive specialized in Architectural or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in project works.
- High level of technical knowledge in property development.
- Excellent Project management skills and the capability to engage well across functional groups.
- Good communicator with highly analytical and attention to detail.
- Strong people management skills.
