Implement, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the project development to meet the agreed standard, quality, cost, and timeline.
Liaise with engineering team and consultants on the technical design and processes which meets project requirements.
Assist in tendering, procurement, and contracting processes on technical matters.
Study, highlight, and resolve conflicts, interferences, discrepencies, and errors/ omissions of drawings and specifications.
Monitor and ensure progress/ quality assurance/ status updates/ financial reports are provided along with provision of regular updates to Management/ immediate superior for efficient allocation of resources.
Liaise with consultants, architects, authorities, contractors, etc. to ensure works are carried out based on established procedures, specifications, and contract requirements of the project.
Attend to final inspections, client and consultant meetings, etc.
Ensure proper filing and maintaining of administrative records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge in property development, market environment and historic trends, as well as local business and government rules and regulations.
Knowledge in project plan development and implementation and understand the operations and processes in the property development industry.
Possess a degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
