If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of Branch Project Management functionally with a matrix reporting to the Project Manager(s) assigned To execute the Project Manager(s) requirements for projects undertaken To drive greater realism in design and project planning To support Project Manager(s) in the development of Project Briefs and Business Cases Key Responsibilities Providing design fit-out plans & 3D illustrations mainly for projects assigned Preparing plans & documentation for Building Plan & Bomba Plan submissions. Liaising with the signing PSP/ Architect from submission until approval obtainment stage Assisting the Project Manager(s) in preparation of a presentation to Management if any incremental to briefs and business cases Traveling to project sites & to relevant authorities for follow-up, monitoring and inspection purposes or at any time assigned by superiors Acting as a liaison officer between internal and external stakeholders To deliver the above responsibilities in accordance with the Bank\'s policies and operating procedures To undertake any work related to projects assigned required by superiors or Project Manager(s) from time to time Jobholder Requirements Candidate must possess at least a LAM Part 1 Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture from a recognized and reputable institution Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel). Able to work both independently as well as part of a team. Self-motivated, take pride in one\'s work and committed to strong work ethics. Commendable communication skills especially in articulating user requirements into design illustrations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with working experience in consultancy firms/ related field is an advantaged.
