Product Sampling & Validation Raw Material - Lab Analysis

Update QA Incoming Material Dashboard Receive sample from QC & update retention log Arrange for lab testing & update log Receive lab results and store copy COA in shared folder Analyse the lab results Update lab analysis dashboard

Packaging Sampling & Validation - Packaging Material

Receive packaging sample Conduct testing on sample received Review findings and prepare mock-up report Submit the report to requestor

Packaging Artwork (New)

Review product labelling guidelines Review the artwork Revert to the requestor if deviate Submit the approved artwork to Requestor Review color folder/color proof Circulate to QC for reference

Packaging Artwork (Existing)

Review the reverted artwork from Procurement/Supplier Revert to Procurement if deviate Review amended the reverted artwork Submit approved artwork to Procurement

Product Verification & Monitoring

Prepare Monitoring Schedule & Protocol Conduct Verification & periodical monitoring Prepare Product Quality Review report Prepare FAQ if any

Manage Supplier Complaint

Prepare SCAR Submit SCAR to Procurement Monitor SCAR progress

Manage Customer Complaint

Acknowledge received a complaint Investigate customer complaints Request quotation from external laboratories if required lab analysis Issues payment memo to finance Send samples for laboratory analysis Analyze lab results analysis Prepare for replacement if any Prepare report Circulate CAPA if any

Manage Product Recall & Withdrawal

Prepare product recall/withdrawal circular Notify stakeholder Prepare product recall report/withdrawal Prepare replacement if required

Manage Internal Audit

Prepare and circulate Audit Schedule Prepare Audit Plan and Checklist Conduct internal audit Analyze audit findings Prepare Non-Conforming Report Follow up audit if required Monitoring & verify CAPA taken

Manage Supplier Audit

Analyze report Prepare audit yearly audit schedule Prepare and share Audit Plan to supplier Conduct supplier audit Analyze audit findings and prepare report Prepare and send Non-Conforming Report if any

Manage Compliance Audit

Prepare required document Preparation audit area and organization Assist audit session Receive audit report Reply NCR to regulatory if required

Manage Advertisement Monitoring

Prepare and circulate Audit Schedule Prepare Audit Plan & Checklist Conduct audit Analyze audit findings Prepare Non-Conforming Report Follow up audit if required Monitoring & verify CAPA taken

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in any related field (Food Technology, Food Science, Food Biotechnology or related) 1-2 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
