Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor Main Responsibilities: To monitor and ensure the product produced is comply with company in house specification and safe for consumption. To investigate and send the customer complaint report to customer care according to the agreed timeframe. Participate in GMP inspection, internal audit program, validation and other quality system and food safety activity or programmed to ensure effectiveness of quality system and continue improvement. To monitor and ensure the line inspection and product testing is perform according to sampling plan and on timely manner. To train the staff on the food safety and food quality related matters. To prepare trend analysis for lab test result and analyze the data. To ensure the non-conformance is handling as per non-conformance procedure and issue Corrective Action Request (CAR) if required. To prepare and ensure written document such as Work Instruction, specification, test method, sampling plan forms, etc., which may impact product quality and safety are in place and maintain properly and initiate periodic review of this document. To monitor and ensure the implementation and full compliance of the Work Instruction, Quality Plan and Technical Standards and Specifications. To coordinate with other department to ensure continues improvement. To provide technical training related to GMP and food safety to the relevant employees. Requirements: Candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree in Science, Food Technologies, Food Science, Food Chemistry or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in food industry. Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Able to work within a team and work independently. Able to work in shift rotation. Able to relocate and work in Pulau Indah, Selangor. -
