Job Description

Job Summary Develop new products, redesign existing products, and perform research and testing on product concepts. Businesses in multiple industries, including scientific companies, electrical companies, and manufacturing companies hire full-time R&D engineers to work as leaders in a collaborative environment that includes other engineers, marketing professionals, and manufacturers. Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and explore a range of company products.
• Create new formula for food supplement.
• Source for cheaper and effective raw material.
• Align with competitor and market trend regarding formulation.
• Assist in customer project from formulation, sampling, pilot scale, production and any issue of post-production.
• Perform products presentation with technical /scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision making.
• Responsible to patent company researched formula, method or product which collectively known as intellectual property.
• Involve in HACCP team member and internal Halal committee.
• Perform clinical and literature research on related project.
• Perform laboratory analysis on raw material.
• Perform any other RnD related duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
